This shimmering gem of a country is almost all coastline, and our eight-day itinerary takes in some of the nation’s most beautiful islands and cities as we trace the Dalmatian Coast. Start in Split, with a bit of history and a seaside stroll, before hopping over to Vis Island. This former military base is a fascinating place, which you’ll explore on land and by boat. Next up is Korcula, with its rolling vineyards and epic fort town. You’ll be given a set of bikes to embark on a gentle cycle to the Lumbarda area, where you’ll be rewarded with an incredible wine tasting, featuring a range of unique indigenous grape varieties.
